Spacecraft Position and Pointing Geometry Calculator

This is a tool under development to address pointing geometry related issues related to mission operation image processing support.  This tool utilizes  JPL's NAIF/SPICE software integrated on ACT's ProVIEW environment. The calculator makes use of latest versions available for predicted or actual SPICE input kernels.

Present capabilities of this system are:

• Predictive Position and Pointing Geometry Information can be computed at the user selected times.
• The user can control what parameters are to be computed from an extensive list of input parameters.
• All the parameters computed by this calculator are included in the PDS header used by CLEMENTINE / MESSENGER.
